Abetarda-do-Saara (Chlamydotis undulata), 55–70 cm. Partes superiores arenosas com marcações escuras, pescoço branco com listras pretas, plumas ornamentais nas asas. Habita desertos e semi-desertos do norte da África e Oriente Médio. Migratória parcial. Alimenta-se de plantas, insetos e lagartixas.
Black-bellied Bustard
A medium-sized bustard (58-65 cm) found in grasslands across sub-Saharan Africa. Males have a black belly and inflatable blue throat pouch used in dramatic courtship displays. Omnivore. One of the most widespread African bustards.
