Abetarda-de-MacQueen (Chlamydotis macqueenii), 55–75 cm. Grande ave com partes superiores arenosas com estrias pretas, pescoço branco com listras negras, plumas ornamentais exibidas na corte. Habita desertos e estepes áridos da Ásia Central. Migratória parcial. Alimenta-se de insetos, lagartixas e plantas.
