Borrelho-caneleiro (Charadrius vociferus), 23–26 cm. Dois colares peitorais pretos, uropígio laranja-ferrugíneo conspícuo em voo, pernas rosadas. Vocaliza ruidosamente. Habita pastagens, campos agrícolas e margens de água na América do Norte e Central. Migratório parcial. Alimenta-se de insetos.

Restricted to high-altitude moorland and montane grassland above 1,800 m in Ethiopia. Insectivorous. Sedentary; rare and little-studied. Declining due to overgrazing and agricultural encroachment.
