Borrelho-de-Santa-Helena (Charadrius sanctaehelenae), 15–17 cm. Colar peitoral castanho-negricel, fronte branca, partes superiores acastanhadas, bico escuro. Endêmico da Ilha de Santa Helena no Atlântico Sul. Em perigo crítico de extinção. Habita pastagens e áreas abertas da ilha. Alimenta-se de invertebrados.

Inland Dotterel: 19–23 cm, cryptically patterned brown Australian plover with a bold black Y-shaped breast-band and white supercilium. Resident in arid and semi-arid stone plains, gibber desert, and dry lake beds of interior Australia. Crepuscular and nocturnal insectivore. Nomadic. Walks erect with characteristic rapid run. Rarely near water.
