Uma ave canora pequena e ágil da família Cettiidae, encontrada nas florestas tropicais do Sudeste Asiático. O Abroscopus-de-sobrancelha-amarela (Abroscopus superciliaris) é distribuído desde o Himalaia oriental até a Indonésia, habitando subosque denso e bambuzais em altitudes baixas a médias. Mede aproximadamente 9 cm de comprimento e é caracterizado por uma sobrancelha amarela proeminente. Alimenta-se de pequenos insetos e invertebrados. É ativo e inquieto, movendo-se constantemente pela vegetação. Classificado como Pouco Preocupante pela UICN.
Asian Stubtail
The Asian Stubtail is a tiny, secretive warbler found in the forests of eastern Asia, breeding in Siberia and wintering in South and Southeast Asia. Weighing about 9g with a very short wingspan of 10.2cm, it has a characteristically abbreviated tail and scaly head pattern. It creeps mouse-like through dense undergrowth, feeding on small invertebrates.
