Sobre
Jacuaçu-de-Goudot (Chamaepetes goudotii), 55–65 cm. Grande cracídeo com plumagem marrom-escura, barriga castanho-avermelhada, pele facial azul e bico azulado. Habita florestas úmidas de encosta nos Andes, da Colômbia ao Peru. Alimenta-se de frutas, sementes e folhas no dossel. Importante dispersor de sementes.

Resident in the Andes from Colombia south to Bolivia at 1,500-3,400 m. Found in humid cloud forest.
Diet & Feeding
Frugivorous; eats fruits, berries, seeds, and leaves in Andean foothill and montane forests. Forages at mid-to-upper levels.
