Alca-de-chifre (Cerorhinca monocerata), 35–40 cm. Plumagem escura acima e branca abaixo, com filamentos faciais brancos no adulto reprodutor e protuberância basal no bico. Habita costas e ilhas do Pacífico Norte. Nidifica em tocas. Alimenta-se de peixes e crustáceos capturados por mergulho.
