Black-necklaced Honeyeater
The Black-necklaced Honeyeater is a small, active honeyeater with olive-green plumage, a white-tipped tail, and a thin black necklace across the upper breast. It is endemic to Wetar Island in the Lesser Sundas of Indonesia, inhabiting forest and forest edges. Like other honeyeaters, it feeds on nectar, small insects, and pollen from flowering trees and shrubs.

중간 크기의 꿀먹이새로 체장 약 25cm이며, 짙은 갈색 깃털에 밝은 분홍색의 드러난 얼굴 피부를 갖는다. 뉴기니 중부 고지대 숲에 서식하는 고유종이다. 꽃의 꿀과 과실류를 먹는다. 관심 필요 종이다.
