비가갈매기는 동아시아와 북태평양에 서식하는 재갈매기 그룹의 갈매기이다. 시베리아에서 번식하며 겨울에는 중국과 일본 해안으로 이동한다. 회색 등과 분홍색 다리가 특징이며 물고기와 다양한 해양 먹이를 먹는다.
