Jabiru
자비루황새는 남아메리카와 중앙아메리카의 가장 큰 날 수 있는 새 중 하나이다. 흰 몸에 검은 머리와 붉은 목덜미가 특징적이며 키가 1.5m에 달한다. 습지와 강 유역에서 물고기, 개구리, 파충류 등을 먹으며 산다.

145–150 cm, wingspan 210–250 cm. Enormous; naked red head; huge ivory bill; large pendant neck pouch. Endangered; fewer than 1,000 birds remain in South and Southeast Asia. Breeds in Assam (India) and Cambodia. Feeds on fish, carrion, and small animals in wetlands and rubbish dumps.
