보르네오 땅뻐꾸기(Carpococcyx radiceus) — 50-57 cm. 대형 지상성 뻐꾸기로 위면은 청동빛 갈색이고 아랫면은 창백한 회색이며, 맨 붉은 얼굴 피부와 아래로 굽은 노란 부리가 특징이다. 보르네오 저지대 원시우림에 고유하다. 비기생성으로 삼림 바닥을 걸어다닌다. 잡식성으로 곤충, 도마뱀, 소형 척추동물을 잡아먹는다. 삼림 훼손에 취약하다.
