Ferruginous Partridge
Rich ferruginous (deep rusty-orange) overall; upperparts black-and-rufous barred; flanks black boldly spotted white; bare red facial skin; underparts rufous-orange; one of the most vividly coloured Southeast Asian partridges.
Western Tragopan
Male has black head, crimson-red body densely spotted white, black-and-white wing pattern, and bright blue-and-red inflatable lappets. Female is brown streaked and barred buff; male is stunning.
