간쑤성 복도에서 칭하이성과 티베트 고원 동부까지의 바위 반건조 지형 및 황토 골짜기에 서식하는 대형 꿩과(Phasianidae) 자고새(약 553g). 굵은 검은 목 무늬와 줄무늬 측면이 특징이다. 씨앗과 식물 재료를 먹는다.
Rufous-throated Partridge
꿩과에 속하는 중간 크기의 자고새(약 300g)로, 붉은 목과 복잡한 갈색 깃털이 특징입니다. 인도 북동부와 방글라데시에서 미얀마를 거쳐 중국 남서부와 인도차이나 북부에 이르는 아열대 및 저산 지대 숲에 서식합니다. 숲 바닥에서 씨앗과 무척추동물을 먹이로 삼습니다. 히말라야 기슭과 동남아시아 산악 숲에 넓게 분포하는 관심대상(최소 관심) 종입니다.
