소개
로드하우뜸부기는 호주 동쪽 로드하우 섬에 서식했던 날지 못하는 뜸부기이다. 외래 포식자의 도입으로 20세기 초에 멸종한 것으로 보고되었으나 작은 무인도에서 소수의 개체가 발견되었다. 보전 프로그램의 노력으로 개체군을 복원하고 있다.
