소개
검은등빵빵이는 동·남부 아프리카의 삼림지대·관목지·정원 서식지에 서식하는 중형 때까치 유사 조류이다. 수컷은 위면이 광택 있는 검은색, 아랫면이 흰색이며 과시 시 흰 허리 깃털을 솜털 같은 공 모양으로 세운다. 잎사귀와 나무껍질에서 채이는 곤충을 먹는다.
