소개

마다가스카르 고유종인 중형 쏙독새(23-25 cm). 삼림 바닥에서 위장하기 위한 암호화 갈색 깃털을 가진다. 건조 낙엽수림에서 습한 우림까지 다양한 서식지에 산다. 야행성으로 삼림 개활지에서 나방과 딱정벌레를 먹는다.
