인도네시아 수마트라 해발 900m 이상 산지 숲에 고유한 중간 크기의 개구리입(23~26cm)입니다. 미세한 흰빛 무늬가 있는 붉은갈색 깃털. 촘촘한 덤불의 야행성 곤충식성. 잘 알려지지 않았으며 삼림 손실로 인해 준위협(NT) 종으로 분류됩니다.
