소개

인도 북동부에서 미얀마를 거쳐 중국 남부까지 구릉지와 산지 대나무 숲 및 관목지에 서식하는 소형 꿩과 자고새(약 319g)입니다. 매우 소란스러우며 반복적인 큰 울음소리를 냅니다. 쌍이나 소규모 무리로 생활하며 씨앗, 대나무 싹, 무척추동물을 먹습니다. 가장자리 서식지에 적응하는 관심대상 종입니다.
