Arctic Warbler
The Arctic Warbler is a small migratory leaf warbler weighing about 11 grams with a wingspan near 13 cm, breeding across the boreal forests of Eurasia and western Alaska. It undertakes one of the longest migrations of any Old World warbler, wintering in Southeast Asia and the Philippines. Its pale supercilium and olive-green plumage are typical of Phylloscopus warblers in forested habitats.

ヨーロッパ・アジアで繁殖しアフリカ・南アジアで越冬するムシクイ（体長10〜12cm）。オリーブ緑色の地味な羽色だが「チッフ・チャフ」という独特の鳴き声が名前の由来。Phylloscopus collybita（チフチャフ）はヨーロッパで春最初に到来する渡り鳥の一つとして知られ、春の訪れを告げる鳥とされている。Phylloscopidae科。
