Black-bellied Myzomela
The Black-bellied Myzomela is a small honeyeater endemic to New Britain and nearby islands in the Bismarck Archipelago, with males displaying bright red head and breast contrasting sharply with a black belly and wings. It inhabits forest edges, secondary growth, and gardens, feeding on nectar from flowering trees and shrubs as well as small insects.
