ピンクヘッドダックは南アジアに生息していた潜水性カモですが、おそらく絶滅したと考えられています。雄は特徴的なピンク色の頭部を持っていました。インドのガンジス平原の湿地や沼地に生息していましたが、狩猟と生息地の喪失により20世紀初頭に絶滅したとみられています。
