コンハフトのタマリンドヒタキはブラジルのアマゾン盆地のタパジョス川・シングー川流域の低地熱帯林に生息する小型のフライキャッチャー（体長9〜10 cm）。2012年に記載された新種。橄欖色の羽衣と黄色みがかった下面が特徴。生息地の伐採が懸念される。
Black-capped Tyrannulet
The Black-capped Tyrannulet is a small, olive-green tyrant flycatcher of Andean cloud forests, distinguished by its black cap and yellowish supercilium. It ranges from Venezuela and Colombia south through Ecuador and Peru to Bolivia, inhabiting humid montane forest edges and secondary growth at elevations from about 1,500 to 3,000 meters. It feeds on small insects, gleaning them from foliage.
