Ryukyu Woodpigeon
リュウキュウカラスバト(Columba jouyi)は絶滅した大型のハトで、かつて南西諸島(琉球列島)の沖縄島と慶良間島に生息していました。体長約45cmで、虹色の光沢のある黒い体と白い後翼覆羽が特徴的でした。森林破壊と過剰な狩猟により20世紀初頭に絶滅しました。
