The Black-cheeked Lovebird is a Vulnerable small parrot endemic to a small area of southwestern Zambia in the Zambezi Valley, with a black face and chestnut forehead contrasting with a bright orange-red bill and green body. It inhabits woodland dominated by mopane trees near permanent water sources. Its tiny range makes it highly vulnerable to habitat degradation and illegal capture for the cagebird trade.

ニューギニア・オーストラリア北部・ソロモン諸島の熱帯林に生息するオウム（体長35〜42cm）。雄は鮮やかな緑色、雌は真紅と青紫色と、同一種とは思えないほど異なる羽色を持つ（性的二色性）。Eclectus roratus（エクレクタスオウム）は果実、種子、花を食べ、森林の重要な種子散布者。Psittaculidae科。
