Black-collared Apalis

The Black-collared Apalis is a small, warbler-like bird of highland forests in East Africa, with adults bearing a broad black collar across the throat and upper breast contrasting with white underparts and olive upperparts. It ranges in montane forests of Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda. It forages actively in the mid-story and canopy, feeding on small insects and spiders.
