Black-chinned Fruit-dove (Ramphiculus leclancheri), 20 cm. Green with a black chin and a yellow-orange breast; found in the Philippines (Palawan, Balabac, Calauit). Inhabits primary lowland and foothill forest. Frugivore feeding on small figs and berries. Least Concern; relatively widespread in its Philippine range.

Adamawa Turtle-dove

Medium dove, 27–30 cm, with warm rufous-brown upperparts, a black neck collar, and a deep orange-red breast. Endemic to the highland plateaus and montane grasslands of northern Nigeria and Cameroon. Granivore of grass seeds and cultivated grains. Poorly studied and localised range. Least Concern.
