Grey-headed Fruit-dove (Ptilinopus hyogastrus), 22 cm. Grey head and breast, green back and orange-red belly; endemic to the North Maluku islands, Indonesia. Inhabits primary lowland and hill forest up to 1,000 m. Frugivore. Vulnerable; small island range with extensive habitat loss.

Pohnpei Fruit-dove (Ptilinopus ponapensis), 22 cm. Green with a lilac head and an orange-yellow breast; endemic to Pohnpei, Micronesia. Occupies primary forest above 200 m on this volcanic island. Frugivore. Vulnerable; total range barely exceeds 100 km².
