About These Birds

Austral Blackbird

The Austral Blackbird is a medium-sized icterid found in woodland, forest edges, and gardens in Chile and adjacent Argentina. It is an omnivore feeding on insects, berries, and carrion, and is a common garden bird in southern South America.
