Cupwings; 5 species of tiny, wren-like birds found in high-altitude forests of the Himalayas, China, and Southeast Asia. Among the world's smallest passerines. Short wings and very short tail giving them a round, ball-like silhouette. Inhabit dense undergrowth near streams in montane forest.
