Boden-Schwatzvögel (Ground babblers); rund 65 Arten, verbreitet in Süd- und Südostasien. Terrestrische oder nahezu terrestrische Insektenfresser des Waldbodens und dichten Unterholzes. Benannt nach ihren schwatzenden Rufen. Viele kryptisch braun und rötlich gemustert. Teil der großen asiatischen Schwatzvogel-Radiation, die durch molekulare Studien aufgeteilt wurde.
