The Black-headed Rufous-warbler is a data-deficient, secretive warbler with a black head and throat, rufous-brown upperparts, and buff underparts. It inhabits dense forest undergrowth in west-central Africa, with a limited range in Guinea, Sierra Leone, and Liberia.
