Aegithinidae

Ioras; 4 species of small, active insectivores found in South and Southeast Asia. Males have bright yellow-and-black or yellow-and-green plumage; females are duller. Active foragers in the forest canopy and mangroves. Known for the male's complex, bubbling song used in territorial defense.
