Bates's Weaver
Bates's Weaver is a rare, critically endangered weaver bird restricted to a small area of lowland forest in southern Cameroon. Males have a black head and yellow underparts with dark streaking on the back. As an Endangered species, it is threatened by ongoing deforestation and habitat loss in its extremely limited range.
Asian Golden Weaver
The Asian Golden Weaver is a Near Threatened bird found in grasslands and wetland edges across Southeast Asia. Weighing about 18.8g with a wingspan of 13.4cm, the breeding male displays striking golden-yellow plumage. It builds woven nests and feeds on seeds and insects.
