The Bicolored Conebill is a near-threatened small tanager of mangroves and coastal forest edges along the Caribbean and Pacific coasts of South America. It has a dark blue-grey back and rufous-buff underparts, with a sharp bill adapted for probing bark and foliage. It feeds on insects and small invertebrates in mangrove and riverine forest.
