Asian Azure-winged Magpie
The Asian Azure-winged Magpie is an elegant corvid found in eastern China, Korea, and Japan, inhabiting open woodland and gardens. Weighing about 96.5g with a wingspan near 28cm, it has a black cap, pale buff body, and striking azure-blue wings and tail. It is social and vocal, foraging in small flocks for insects, fruit, and small animals.
