Black-capped Woodland-warbler

The Black-capped Woodland-warbler is a small, active leaf warbler of montane forests in Cameroon, Nigeria, and adjacent Central Africa, with a distinctive black cap and white supercilium contrasting with olive-green upperparts. It inhabits the undergrowth and mid-story of highland forests above 1,200 meters. It feeds on small insects and spiders, constantly flitting through dense foliage.
